Opened in 2009 the school is growing at a steady rate and the school now has 104 pupils, aged 3-16. The Cambridge Curriculum is complimented by The International Primary Curriculum, leading to the pupils sitting IGCSE examinations in Year 11.

We have small classes of no more than 18 children who are polite, enthusiastic pupils, plus a dedicated, friendly team of staff. Located in the beautiful area of Mid Jutland, on the doorstep of the scenic Danish Lake District, easily accessible to explore Europe in your spare time.

We require an enthusiastic, experienced full time Key Stage 2 class teacher for a Year 5-6 class.

Essential Requirements

Hold a university degree with a teaching certificate
Knowledge of The Cambridge Primary Curriculum or English National Curriculum
Fluency in English and hold a work permit to work in Europe.
Be a highly motivated individual who works well in a small team.
Can effectively plan for a mixed age, mixed ability class.
Able to work independently and manage a budget.
Good organisational skills
Desirable


Experience of teaching English as an additional language
Ability to coordinate Primary Mathematics or Primary English
Knowledge of using ICT to support the delivery of the curriculum
Willing to attend social functions linked with the school.
