Teacher Required We are looking for a Teacher with a diverse back ground to work within a hospital school. The Hospital School works with pupils aged 4 - 19 who are patients within the hospital. The position is for a qualified teacher. The teacher will be working within a hospital setting based in Camberwell although may be required to work across the hospital including a different site. The candidate must: Be a qualified teacher that holds QTS and is registered with the GTC Have successful teaching experience Be available after Easter 2011. Be willing to teach a broad range of subjects at GCSE and advanced level but will be supporting work supplied by home school and with the help of specialist subject teachers within the hospital school. Be well motivated with a degree of maturity in dealing with emotional distress. Be able to liaise effectively with parents and other professionals such as home school teachers. Be willing to work with the broader multi-disciplinary team within the hospital. Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. Have the right to work in the UK.
