Site Manager required Hours: 37 hours per week (Split Shift) Pay: Band 3(?16830 - ?19125 plus ?798 Fringe Allowance) depending on experience Start Date:February 2011 Required from February 2011, a site manage with relevant experience who is an enthusiastic, self motivated flexible person, who will take pride in our school and be responsible for the management of the premises We are looking for someone who: o Possesses building maintenance and caretaking skills; o Has good DIY skills including painting and decorating; o Is confident in using basic IT systems; o Is enthusiastic about security, health and safety; o Is able to put in overtime on evenings and some weekends; o Is able to lead a team of Cleaners and manage contractors to ensure the school retains a safe, and well maintained environment for our school community o Has the ability to contribute and work effectively as part of a supportive and friendly team; o Is willing to undergo relevant training to enhance and update current skills.
