We are looking for an energetic and experienced teacher to lead the school?s provision for SEN and inclusion. This post has a teaching commitment You will be required to: Be an experienced SENCO or Inclusion Manager or be willing to undergo the National Award for SEN Coordination. Work at a strategic level to support school improvement Work closely with Senior Leadership Team to raise attainment for all children; Work closely with teachers, Children and Parents on a range of interventions and strategies to support childrens? learning. Line manage our dynamic team of learning support staff; Demonstrate excellent communication skills when working in partnership with parents, school staff and external agencies; Report to Governors on the impact of Inclusion policies and practice; Axcis Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The appointment will be subject to an enhanced CRB check, health check and supportive references.
