Part-time Caretaker in Chesterfield

A well-regarded Primary School in Chesterfield are looking to appoint a Caretaker to work on a part-time basis. The position is available as a one-term contract initially but has the possibility of becoming permanent. The position could be offered on a job-share basis, to work either in the mornings or in the afternoons. The Caretaker's duties will include general school maintenance, cleaning inside and outside the school, and some management of the other cleaning staff. The Caretaker will also be the keyholder for the school, and therefore will be the first point of contact for emergency out-of-hours call outs. For this reason, living in the Chesterfield area would be an advantage. Previous experience of working in a similar role would be preferred but is not essential.
