Axcis Education are looking to assist a Pupil Referral Unit in their search for a Nurture teacher with the focus on humanities. Are you an experienced and qualified eacher who has experience working in a nurture group environment? Would you like to work in an PRU school that works hard to ensure all its students have an equal chance of success? Ideally the right candidate will have experience in inclusion or PRU teaching with some experience of management in inclusion. This particular PRU has three centres all with a clear focus on, High quality teaching and learning in line with mainstream schools Positive behaviour and restorative approaches, enabling students to manage their behaviour Multi agency and therapeutic interventions to meet additional needs Robust outreach support for students reintegrated to mainstream. The position is to start asap for the rest of the school year with a view to a permanent placement.
