Impact Teachers has a wonderful opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant in the SEN unit of a secondary school in Central West London.
The role is supporting small groups of students with varying types of SEN in a specialist unit within a mainstream school. Candidates with experience with any of the following Special Needs will be at an advantage.
•MLD
•SLD
•EBD
•PMLD
•Autism
•Speech and Language Communication Difficulties
•HI/VI
The post is to start ASAP and should be ongoing.

You should also be able to demonstrate the following:
• Proven experience of supporting young learners in an organisational setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Ability to follow instruction and use initiative
• Passion for supporting learning
• Work well as part of a team
• Willingness to go the extra mile
Minimum Requirements:
• 6 weeks experience working with young learners in the UK
• Current Enhanced CRB or willing to complete one upon registration
• The right to work in the UK
• Able to provide 2 current references
