A wonderful special needs school in West London requires a full-time Teaching Assistant to start mid November 2010. You MUST have previous experience in this role - please do not apply unless you have worked as a Teaching Assistant in a special needs school previously. The pupils at the school are secondary aged (KS3 and KS4) and have a variety of special needs ranging from moderate learning difficulties, mild autism, behavioural difficulties, etc. This particular role involves close interaction with a group of male pupils. The successful candidate will have significant and proven experience working with children with behavioural difficulties within a special needs environment. The pay for this position will be at least ?70 per day, and at this stage the job will run until the Easter holidays.
