We require a part time Customer Sales Advisor to cover a two-week shift rota at Bracknell Leisure Centre. You will need to be flexible as shifts may change occasionally to ensure cover at all times (shift includes working evenings and weekends). Rotas will be discussed at interview. Customer Service operating hours is from 08.00 to 20.00 hours Monday – Friday and 08.00 to 16.00 hours Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

As the vital initial point of contact for customers, you will deliver a high quality, friendly service, helping to create a professional first impression.

As part of the large reception team, you will be expected to use your excellent product knowledge to actively engage with customers and articulate the benefits of the centre’s products/services in order to meet and exceed their expectations. Responsible for giving advice and encouraging both existing and potential customers to use our superb leisure facilities you should be confident, outgoing and approachable with a very pro-active approach to your work.

Ideally with some reception experience you will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative. A keen interest in sport, health and fitness would be an advantage.
