Axcis are looking for lively confident people who enjoy working with secondary aged children to work at a variety of schools as a cover supervisor. The most important part of the role is behaviour management as you would be expected to keep the children quiet and focused on the work that has been set for them. Experience in the role is not essential, but experience working with secondary aged children is a great advantage. You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
