We are seeking a dynamic and committed professional to join our thriving and successful school community to lead on the further development of SEN provision across the school. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a welcoming and highly motivated Learning Support Team. The Assistant SENCO will work in conjunction with the Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) and the role carries significant leadership and management responsibilities. It is essential that they give active support to the vision and ethos of Lister Community School. The Assistant SENCO must also be an excellent classroom teacher who has also proven experience of leading teams.
