A primary school in Enfield requires a full-time Teaching Assistant to start a long-term job in January 2011. The position is a 1:1 role with a boy in Year 3 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD). His behaviour is very challenging and you will need to have previous experience of working with EBD in order to be considered for this position. A large part of the reason for the pupil's poor behaviour is due to him being quite far behind his peers in his academic achievement and performance.
