A large school in Merton require someone who can teach Science (physics and chemistry) from KS3 up to A-Levels. A responsibility allowance is available for experienced candidates who are ready to take some aspect of management responsibility within the area or we offer an excellent induction and support programme for NQTs and those early in their career. The Science and Mathematics Faculty is generously staffed with small class sizes and high level T.A. support. Currently there are 900 students on roll with eventual capacity for 1200 students including 300 at Post 16. The school offers a calm, well disciplined yet positive and innovative learning environment. The school has tangible evidence of fast track improvement which was confirmed when Ofsted categorised the school as 'Outstanding'. The school is located on a large site with excellent facilities and new buildings. There is a ?5 million improvement programme scheduled to enhance provision in Science and a new Sixth Form Block.
