This Primary school prides itself on its rich, friendly environment. We are a community school which also provides for children from Nursery to Year 6 as well as for 35 children with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) aged 5-11 years who are included wherever possible in the main stream curriculum. We believe that children's experience in their early years has a major impact on their life chances. This Primary School has a Children's Centre which caters for children and their families from 0-5 years and works in partnership with the health services, Jobcentre Plus and with members of the voluntary and community organisations. We are looking for a SEN Teacher for our ASD Specialist Learning Centre to be part of our team. You should be an exemplary practitioner who will have experience and expertise in teaching children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Along with senior leaders, you will play a major role in our on-going and successful work to further develop inclusion and raise achievement. We can offer you: ? A caring and inclusive ethos ?
