EXAMINATIONS OFFICER URGENTLY NEEDED Required as soon as possible, for a college in Southwark seeks to recruit an Examinations Officer. This post is term time only 8.30am - 4.30pm plus two weeks at the end of August to include results days. The Examinations Officer is responsible for the administration and organisation of all aspects of the internal and external examinations in accordance with the regulations laid down by the awarding bodies. The Examinations Officer must demonstrate an ability to work calmly under pressure and be dependable and reliable. Flexible working hours may be required during exam times. Good at forward planning with a sense of responsibility he/she will work both independently and as part of a team. There will be an opportunity for a "handover" period with the existing Examinations Officer. The salary is based on a scale between ?18,391 - ?19,923 (K - 2) depending on qualifications and experience and is inclusive of 19 days paid annual leave. You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
