Assessor (Working with children)

An experienced and qualified (A1 or equivalent) assessor is required with a positive, supportive attitude and an holistic assessment approach to assist learners in achieving Level 1 to Level 4 qualifications in the chidlren's care, play and education sectors. The role requires travel across South East Wales and use of own transport. Mobile phone and mileage expenses will be provided.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate occupational competence and expertise in the sector, a holistic approach to assessment and an ability to provide a friendly, learner centred approach whilst working to agreed deadlines. A V1 qualification (or equivalent) or ambition to work towards is desirable along with excellent customer service and teamwork skills and a strong commitment to deliver a superior quality of service delivery.
